My Role: Conceptual Development, Design, Mechanical Development

Project Objectives: Brand and design a unique label for a line of California white wines. Create a logo that conveys whimsey as well as sophistication, use imagery to to represent the wine origin.

Solution: Combine illustration and photography to create a cohesive brand and overall label design. Illustration was utilized to playfully convey a literal translation of the name "Floating Barrel" and allow it to interact with the landscape on the label. Photographs of specific landscapes were used to represent each wine's specific California origin.
